Ready to move?
Put both fists together and pump: push your hands down low, then drive them up high. Long strokes move the most air, quick short strokes also work but cost more energy.

How to play
- Hold both fists together in front of your body, like gripping a pump handle.
- Pump up and down. The higher you reach and the lower you push, the more air per stroke.
- Short quick strokes also inflate the balloon, but the pump's dead space wastes part of every short stroke and your stamina drains faster.
- Watch the pressure gauge: a full balloon takes less air per stroke, so switch to a faster rhythm when it gets stiff.
- Stop at the target line. In Race and Burst mode pumping past the burst mark pops the balloon.
What you train
Hold both fists together like a pump handle and pump. The pump is modelled on a real one: it has dead space at the top of the barrel, so long strokes deliver the most air per pump, while short fast strokes still work but waste part of every stroke and drain your arms much quicker. Air also gets harder to push as the pressure rises, so the fastest route is long strokes early and a quicker rhythm once the balloon is stiff. Stop on the target line — in Race and Burst mode over-pumping pops it.
