How to play

  1. Stand side-on to the camera, 2–3 m back, with one arm free to swing.
  2. Look straight ahead for the middle; turn your head a little left or right to set the line.
  3. Swing the same arm back, then forward: the reversal releases the ball. One arm is enough.
  4. The faster the forward swing, the faster the ball; sideways motion adds hook spin.
  5. Ten frames, two balls each. Strikes and spares pay bonus points.

What you train

Swing your arm back to charge and forward to release. Your hand position sets the line, your swing speed sets the power, and a sideways release adds hook spin. Full ten frames with pin-on-pin physics, strikes and spares.
