How to play

  1. Your camera fills the whole screen here: step back until your head, hands and hips are all visible, so you can see yourself hit the rings.
  2. The pads follow your shoulders, so they always stay within arm's reach.
  3. Each call spawns a pad: reach out and physically touch it with the hand it names.
  4. Blue dot = your left hand, coral dot = your right hand. Bring the dot inside the ring.
  5. 1 / 2 pads sit in front of your chest, 3 / 4 out wide, 5 / 6 low for uppercuts.
  6. SL / SR / RL / RR pads are for your head — slip sideways or dip low into them.
  7. Each call has a time window. Chain clean touches for x2, x4 and x8 multipliers.
  8. Watch the red incoming glove: SLIP means move your head sideways, DUCK means dip low before it lands.
  9. The NEXT strip at the top shows the combos coming up, so you can read ahead.
  10. Five rounds with a short rest in between — pace yourself.

What you train

A coach calls numbered combinations — 1 jab, 2 cross, 3 and 4 hooks, 5 and 6 uppercuts, plus slips and rolls on Pro. Every call has a time window and the camera checks you threw the right strike with the right hand. Five rounds with rests, and a streak multiplier up to x8.
