Firefly Jar
Fireflies drift through the summer night. Move your open hand onto one and close your fist to catch it — an open hand lets them fly straight through. Every catch flies into the jar, and the jar keeps the count. Golden fireflies are worth triple, and shy ones dodge an open hand.

What you train
Reaching, tracking a moving target and a clean, timed grip. An open hand lets the firefly through, so the catch depends on closing your fist at the right moment — grip timing, hand-eye coordination and shoulder mobility in one calm game you can play seated.
