Hand Lab
Hold one hand up to the camera. Eight exercises rotate: pinch bubbles, carry beads, show finger counts, twist your forearm, draw a maze, trace a wave, pump your grip and snip strands like a pair of scissors — fine motor training without any equipment.

How to play
- Rest your elbow on the table and hold your hand up, palm to the camera.
- Your index fingertip is the cursor; touch a bubble and pinch thumb to index to pop it.
- For beads: pinch to grab, then move the bead over the cup — it drops in on its own, or open your fingers inside the cup.
- Finger counts train isolated finger extension; hold the count until the ring fills.
- Twist tasks rotate the forearm: turn your hand until it lines up with the arrow.
- Maze: move your fingertip from START to FINISH through the corridor. Leave it too long and you restart the maze.
- Wave trace: follow the curved line smoothly — a narrow corridor for precision control.
- Pump: open and close your whole hand for the shown number of reps to train grip.
- Snip: keep index and middle finger extended like scissors, move them onto a strand and close the two fingers to cut. Trim every strand above the golden line.
What you train
Pinch grip between thumb and index, controlled release, isolated finger extension and forearm rotation (pronation and supination). Everything happens seated with your elbow supported, so it suits hand therapy, post-surgery rehab and desk breaks alike.
