How to play
- Two colour words appear: one on the left, one on the right.
- Exactly one of them is written in its own colour — pick that one.
- Hands mode: reach a hand to the word; it counts the moment you touch it.
- Controller mode: press X for the left word, B for the right word.
- Every third correct answer in a row raises your multiplier, up to x5.
- A wrong answer or a timeout costs you two seconds; six mistakes end the run.
- Choose your round length in the dropdown: 30, 60 or 90 seconds — or sudden death, which has no clock but a much shorter answer window.
- Your reaction-time diagram is shown when the round is finished.
What you train
The classic Stroop test as a movement game. Two colour words appear, left and right: exactly one is written in its own colour and that is the one to pick. In Hands mode you answer by reaching a hand to the word, in Controller mode with two buttons on a Bluetooth controller — Y for the left word and A for the right word. You see yourself on camera in both modes, and a chart shows your reaction time.
