How to play
- Stand back so your whole body is in frame — for floor exercises turn side-on to the camera.
- Each round names the exercise and gives a short cue. Hold the start position for a moment so it can be measured.
- Work for 20 seconds, rest for 10, then the next random exercise appears.
- Every clean rep scores; a full round without dropping below three reps gives a bonus.
What you train
A full Tabata workout with a random exercise every round: squats, push-ups, lunges, sit-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, mountain climbers, squat jumps, overhead reaches, skater steps and toe touches. The camera counts your reps and every clean round pays a bonus. Choose 7, 8 or 16 rounds, or a gentle 15/20 pacing.
