Kids fitness activities
Short movement activities children actually want to repeat. Each one is a browser game the camera controls: squats, jumps, punches, balance and reaching. No equipment, no console, no account — open a game and a child is moving within a minute.
A 20-minute circuit
Run these six activities in order for a full session, or pick one as a movement break between homework and dinner.
- 1
Squat jumps
Fitty Bird · 3–5 min
Squat to make the bird rise. Legs and glutes, easy to explain in one sentence.
- 2
Balance and stepping
Stepping Stones · 3 min
Lean left and right to land on the stones. Coordination and core control.
- 3
Punch targets
Shadow Boxer · 3–5 min
Fast hands on moving targets. Great for burning off energy indoors.
- 4
Reaction and reach
Mole Masher · 3 min
Reach quickly in every direction. Shoulders, reaction speed and a lot of laughing.
- 5
Listen and copy
Simon Says Body · 5 min
Follow the movement sequence. Memory plus full-body movement in one activity.
- 6
Jumping power
Wall Jumper · 3 min
Jump from wall to wall. Short bursts, plenty of rest between attempts.
Works in a classroom too
One screen and a camera is enough for a whole group taking turns. Party mode handles 2 to 8 players and ranks the scores.
Private by design
Movement tracking runs on the device. No camera images are uploaded or stored and playing needs no account.
Safe play space
Clear about two metres in front of the camera, move rugs aside and keep water nearby. More tips on active indoor games for kids.
